Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, free parking, convenient location near bus stop and restaurants. Great value for budget travelers.
Felt like part of the family, staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, good value. Quiet location makes a nice contrast from down town Athens.
Theft from the room during the stay at the start of our trip. We did return for this night stay at the end of the trip despite this.

The room was nice. The breakfast is good if included in the room rate but not worth paying for otherwise. The hotel is close to a bus stop. It was good value for money.
The hotel is not so close to the centre. The air conditioning in our room was not very good so it was very hot. There were a number of different people working at reception at different times, some were very helpful but others didn't speak any English making it hard to communicate.

I gotta say, Nicola Hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was quiet and central. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been better by offering more options.

This hotel is small, nice and clean. The staff is helpful, breakfast is taste, eating room is very homelike. Very close to bus station (6-7 stops till city center).
I was said by taxi driver that this area was dangerous but we (I and my 8-years son) did not tried check his words. Only one man in the hotel speak English (all the rest speak Russian and Greece).

The staff smoked during work which was very unprofessional and made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel is not close to any restaurants or places to shop so it was very difficult to find food. My stay was uncomfortable and not the whole staff speaks english so it was difficult to communicate.

a little far away from the center, small rooms, no noise isolation - you can hear everything that is going on in the hallway.

The rooms at Nicola Hotel are super cozy and have everything you need, like free WiFi and air conditioning. It feels just like home, but with 24-hour room service and a laptop-friendly workspace. Plus, the private bathrooms have complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. So convenient!
Personally, I found the 24-hour front desk to be a bit overwhelming, but hey, that's just my opinion. Others might find it useful.

This is a small and basic but clean good value-for-money hotel in a quiet safe neighbourhood, appropriate for the tourist who goes around Athens most of the day and returns in the afternoon or the evening and wants to have a budget but decent place to stay. It has all the regular comforts including working airconditioning and TV. The hotel matches overall the expectations created by the descriptions and pictures in the Booked.net website.
No refrigerator in the room. I would have definitelly liked to have one to give it a top grade for the money. The douche cabin is also somewhat small for the average person and water may fall around the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a really really nice stay. Hopefully the room was immaculate and clean with fresh air to come through, strong WiFi and balcony. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options and was tasty.

We had a 4-night stay at this hotel and had the perfect experience! The personnel, especially the man at the reception desk, were super friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was moderate but absolutely enough to start your day. The hotel has a private parking in the street next block. The location is great as well, with easy access to the city center by bus or trolley. There are also supermarkets and cafes nearby, as well as a big park just a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and the vintage style adds a nice touch to the experience. A truly recommendable hotel!
Nothing, it's perfect! 👍

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the parking option, as it made it easy for me to have my own transportation during my stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic - it was extremely close to a taxi station, which meant I had access to taxis all day long. Additionally, the bus stop was just a short walk away, and it took me straight into the heart of the city.
Nothing that I didn't like.
